Fulfillment Policy

Orders shipped via UPS or USPS charged based on the current carriers' rates.

Same day shipping applies to qualified, in stock, online, orders received Monday through Friday prior to:

3:00 P.M. EST - UPS Next Day (Red), 2nd Day (Blue), 3rd Day (Orange) & UPS Ground

Return Policy

Dealers can return up to five non customized products within 30 days as long as the unit are unused and in original packaging. Contact us to arrange a return.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be placed back on credit card that placed order or left on account as credit for future orders.

Delivery Policy

All products in stock at our Pennsylvania warehouse will be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt Monday through Thursday. Friday orders will be shipped at the latest on Monday. If the units are not in stock we will let the ordering person know.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order must be made before 3PM to prevent the orders from being shipped and thereby avoid being charged freight and return charges. Contact us to cancel an order.
